Leaders in Training
Small stipends are paid to youth who participate in this program offered at Agassiz Village, serving as an introduction to the benefits of employment.  Teen Leaders are responsible for assisting with the day-to-day activities of camp life; including assisting campers’ needs, leading camp activities, supporting kitchen and office staff, serving as lifeguards (if certified) and support staff at the waterfront. Such responsibilities give youth opportunities to better understand their strengths and weakness, as well as develop confidence, self-reliance and leadership skills.

Easter Seals has a long-standing collaboration with Agassiz Village  which offers a unique camp experience.
