How to apply to camp

How do I apply?

Parents and campers over the age of 18 can complete the 2012 Camp application and send it to the Easter Seals camp manager.

Teachers, professionals and anyone who would like to refer someone to camp can complete the Camp Referral form.  Once the completed referral form is returned to Easter Seals, eligible applicants will receive an application packet.

Applications are reviewed and acceptance determined following the receipt of the completed forms. 

An initial assessment will be arranged for first-time campers.

If Easter Seals camp can not meet your camper's need, the camp manager will refer you to another program.
