Easter Seals Great Hires
Working with you to find the employees you need

Rachel Pendergast completed an internship at Boston Senior Home Care.

Lori wrote Rachel a wonderful letter of recommendation that Rachel will be able to share with potential employers on job interviews.

Easter Seals is an approved provider to assist federal contractors and subcontractors in taking affirmative action and provide equal opportunity in the workplace.

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) protects workers by enforcing diverse work-places. The OFCCP investigates contractors who receive taxpayer dollars to ensure they meet their affirmative action obligations under the law and have nondiscriminatory hiring and employment practices. They work with civil rights agencies to investigate and resolve complaints filed by job applicants and employees of federal contractors and subcontractors.

When contracts seek individuals with disabilities as viable candidates for their open positions, Easter Seals will assist by identifying qualified candidates.

Easter Seals Great Hires helps businesses like yours overcome labor shortages by providing
you with qualified job applicants who are ready to become reliable employees.  Great Hires is a
