Leaders of Tomorrow Gather for Easter Seals
Youth Leadership Forum

A group of promising young leaders with disabilities gathered July 17 through 20 at Bridgewater State University for the annual Easter Seals Youth Leadership Forum.  The 45 teens and young adults (18 peer leaders and 27 delegates), from throughout the state, learned leadership skills and discovered resources that will help them become successful adults. 

Easter Seals planned and operated the forum, which was sponsored by the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission.  Other major support came from several collaborating partners, such as Partners for Youth with Disabilities and the Boston Center for Independent Living.
